Contract type: Permanent contract with initial 12 month graduate programme.
Contract hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours
Location: Manchester or Cardiff city centre - hybrid role working in one of our offices.

You will be joining the 2025 cadre, undertaking a bespoke graduate programme, entering our consulting team as an entry level graduate. This is an exciting opportunity to dive into dynamic and diverse projects, making a real impact across both the public and private sectors.

What you’ll be doing
Initially you work through our mandatory training courses to familiarise yourself with the platforms we regularly use.
You will be responsible for managing, cleansing, abstracting and aggregating data, and conducting a range of profiling & visualisation tasks.
You will undertake a variety of projects, providing technical data solutions for a broad range of challenges, documenting your results and making evidence-based recommendations.
You will develop a good understanding of data structures, database systems and procedures using a range of analytical tools, methods and systems.
You will explore different types of structured and unstructured data and use appropriate techniques to avoid and/or resolve data quality issues.
Obtain an insight into the admin and bid writing preparations involved within a consultancy, providing you with a full 360 view and hands on experience when it comes to planning projects.
Opportunities to attend networking events and conferences across the UK, alongside our data consultants giving you a taste of what it's like to collaborate with industry experts, expand your professional network, and stay at the forefront of cutting-edge trends!
What we’re looking for
You should be inquisitive and logical with a creative approach to problem solving.
You will be able to work independently, take responsibility and use your initiative.
You need to be confident, thorough and organised; communicating effectively and professionally with a range of people in secure working environments.
Essential Requirements
Fluent in English.
UK resident, with the right to work in the UK.
A numerate or technical degree, 2:2 and above.
Lived in the UK for the past 5 consecutive years - this being an essential eligibility criteria to obtain a Security Clearance via UK security vetting.
Willingness to undergo UK Security Vetting.
